Green Planet

In english, this month, may, we have been doing a project called Green Planet that was about nature and animals.
First, we had to do a presentation about one chapter. I did it with Eva and Elsa. It was very fun because they are one of my best friends.
We had to do the chapter about oceans and animals oceans. I liked it so much because I think taht was the best chapter and the simplest.
I learned a lot.

Then, after the presentations,Green Planet we had to take all the information that we thought that was the most important fro answering one question: how green is our planet?
We had to wrote it down in a poster and presented. We got a 10!
I liked it so much! I would recommend it for everyone!

Yesterday, Wednesday 7^th April, a woman found a stabbed body in a restaurant of Barcelona and she called quickly the police for help.

The woman, who was having lunch at a restaurant of Barcelona, went to the bathroom at 3 p.m. she had an unpleasant surprise founding a body stabbed at the bathroom’s floor. She called immediately the police for help.

The woman was 47 years old, didn’t touch the body so the police could work better.

The police analysed the crime and they have come to the conclusion that it has been a murder and that all of the people who was at the restaurant between 2:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. are suspects. Including the woman who found the body.

The officers analysed the body and they found out that the man who was murdered tried to stop his murderer from killing him. They have come to this conclusion because there were bruises on the body. This means that the killer picked him up to immobilize him.

The police officer’s captain said: “we don’t know who the killer is, yet, but we will find out soon. And when we do it, there will be justice”.

This is all the information that the police have. They are still looking for more answers and for the killer.

A water drop story

In 2n term, we did a special week called "Water's week". It was all about water and recycling water...
One of the activities was a english activity that was about writing a text about water.

I really liked this experiense and I would do it again!

Sherlock Holmes: The Blue Diamond

This three weeks, we have read a book which name is Sherlock Holmes: The Blue Diamond. 

The book was about a doorman that find a diamond in a goose that he and his family are going to eat that same night, Cristmas Eve.
He go to see Sherlock Holmes and Sherlock says to him that is a very expensive diamond that someone had stolen. So Sherlock Holmes and his friend go to solve this crime...

I'm not gonna tell you more because I don't want to spoiler you.... you'll have to read it for knowing more... 

I, personally, don't like this book really much. It was good, but there were somethings that I didn't like it or I didn't understand. So I didn't enjoy much reading this book.
I like it more Deep Trouble, the lask book that we read.


 

Roald Dahl Project

One day, on the englsih class, we went to the playground and we did a tresurehunt of Roald Dahl. All the questions that they asked us was about him and his life. We had to search the answers around the playground.

I was in the team with Eva and Elsa. At the beggining we had some little problems to understand the questions but in the end we understood all.
We won! We didn't expect to win but we did.

We also did a project to ilustrate with photos a Roald Dahl story. I did it with Niah, Júlia, Eva and Elsa.
It was very fun!

It is best to go shopping with your family

Many people say that it is better to go shopping with your family than to go alone or with your friends because parents pay for the clothes. But there are some advantages and some disadvantages to that.

One of the advantages is that when you go with your family, your parents pay for the clothes you buy. And they can recommend you what to buy or not. And if you go with your siblings, you have more opinions to help you choose, too.

But there’s a negative part, too. There’s a lot of clothes that you like and your parents don’t, and often, you have to buy what they say. Also, if you have little siblings, they can disturb you. another disadvantage is that if you go with your family you can’t go with your friends because they don’t want to.

In conclusion, I think that sometimes it is better to go shopping with your family and sometimes it is better to go with your friends or alone.
